Step 1.

Go to https://babeyond.com/tools/returns-center.


Step 2.

Find your order by entering your order number, either with or without the #, and email address.


Step 3.

Follow the step to initiate a return request, and you will get a detailed return instruction as well as a prepaid return label. 


Step 4.

Send the package back using the prepaid return label. Shipping costs for your return will be deducted from your refund.


It's that simple! Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible: Upon the package's arrival at our warehouse, we will check the item(s) in 2 busniess days and process the refund. And you will receive a notification email once the refund is processed. 


Return and Exchange FAQ

Q: How long is the return and exchange window?

A: Except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable,we will accept returns in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
*The 14-day return window counts from the date of your last item's delivery to the first time you initiate a return or exchange request (marked as Step 1 above). So you don't need to worry when you initiate a request in the 14th day and our customer service team hasn't replied you yet.

 

Q: What products are non-returnable?

A: These kinds of product are not returnable:

  • Items over 14-day return window limit
  • Items without original hang tags or used, worn, soiled or altered items
  • Items marked as Clearance Sale unless it is a faulty product
  • Original shipping charges, duties and taxes
  • Unshipped products/Order Cancellation: [Important]Currently our system cannot auto process order cancellation for unshipped products. If you need to cancel unshipped orders, simply send the order number and the items you want to cancel to support@babeyond.zendesk.com. Our customer service team will cancel them in 1 business days.

 

Q: What should I do if I haven't received return instructions?

A: If you haven't received the detailed return instructions and prepaid shipping label within 1 business day after completing the refund process listed above (don't worry, this sometimes happens), you can send your 【order number】 and 【the products you want to return (including size and color)】 to support@babeyond.zendesk.com. We will process your refund request and send you the detailed return instructions and prepaid return label within 1 business day.

 

Q: Who will cover the return shipping fee?

A: Sorry, currently we cannot provide free returns for all customers, so customers will cover the return shipping fee. If customers use the prepaid return label, shipping costs for the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.

 

Q: Can I exchange the product?

A: Currently, we do not offer exchange services. If you are dissatisfied with your product and wish to exchange it, we recommend that you initiate a return and simultaneously purchase the new product on our website. If you used a discount code during your initial purchase, you can contact our customer service at support@babeyond.zendesk.com after completing the new order. We will refund the discount amount for the new order based on the discount applied to your initial purchase.

 

Q: When can I expect my refund?

A: Once the package arrived at our warehouse, we will check the item(s) before the Friday next week. After we determine that it's eligible for a refund, it takes 1 additional business day for BABEYOND Operation Team to process the refund and you will received a clear notification of successful refund processing. After that, the refund should be sent back to your original payment methods in several business days. (Paypal could take 3 business days for them to process, and Credit Card could take 10 business days.)
