Returns Policy



We just accept intact, unwashed and the original packaging with tag. Our return policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not accept your return.


The item must have a return label, our warehouse staff will not receive the item without the return label. Please contact and our customer representative will send the return label to you before returning.


Our warehouse staff will check the condition of the item. If your item is in damaged/worn condition and the package without tag, we would not arrange the refund to you.

Once your return is received and the item and the package are intact, we will arrange the refund in 3-5 business days.


Attention, please! When you use the return label, the post office will charge the return shipping fees. We only arrange the refunds for items, the return shipping fees will be paid by customers.


After we arrange the refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
